Monday and Tuesdays 6:45 to 7:45pm, Wednesdays 10 to 11am, Thursdays 6:00 to 7:00pm, and Saturdays 11am to 12pm.

Zumba is a Latin based aerobic — cardio workout that uses high intensity interval training as one of the methods of burning maximum calories. It is a blend of body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. The benefits of Zumba are not just physical, but emotional, and mental as well. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class! Join the party and make new friends!! No prior dance experience needed!

ZUMBA GOLD!
For “the very beginners” in our town! The GOLD class is a lower-intensity Zumba class for active older adults, deconditioned participants, other populations that need modifications for success (or for every day folks who feel they ‘just can’t dance’ and are trying Zumba for the 1st time). Zumba Gold will teach you all the Zumba Basic steps and the modifications of these steps. You’ll learn the dance moves and techniques designed to make this class safe, effective, and an absolute blast!

Make sure to bring a towel & water to class! Wear sneakers and comfortable workout attire!
You don’t have to know how to dance. Just let go, follow my lead, and have fun!
These workouts can be modified for any fitness level! Please check with your doctor if you are uncertain that these exercise programs are right for you!
